make Collapsed folders in control room as default view

We have recently upgraded our blue prism to V6.3. Unfortunately, process folders in Control Room are expanded by default and we couldn't find a way to change the default view to 'Collapse All'. Is there a way of which we are not aware?

I'm not aware of any way to set that has default. You can right click and collapse all, but I agree that it's annoying not to have that choice for a default. You may want to submit this as an Enhancement Request. I think to go along with this, it'd be nice to set default font sizes and colors inside Process/Object studio, along with a number of other client-side default configurations.
