to incompatibility between BP version and bp chrome extension

while  testing chrome based processes we are facing a major challenge where elements become undetectable in some of the runs. we have recently upgraded to Blueprism 7.1 version and This could be due to incompatibility between BP version and bp chrome extension. Please refer to screenshot attached. 

 

Also while attaching multiple instances of chrome we are facing error, see the screenshot below where extension is unavailable as a chrome version is already present.
