Adding Capture to Colleague PC

It would be good for IT to be able to run a script to allow adding to multiple laptops.  At the moment it takes circa 15 mins on 121 basis to add which takes IT Servicedesk Technicians a long period of time to get to everyone who requires access

I am not sure if this is something Blue Prism can fix as is more of a Company installation decision. You could look at powershell to automate the installation. Even better look at creating a virtual desktop image with Blue Prism pre-installed and copy the image to all new lap tops.
