In UK GIDs we have a Environment with 40+ Business Areas in a single environment (version 21.2.4.4). We are looking to migrate this environment to the cloud and move user community to Processor workspace and Communications. A element of the remediation will be supporting straight through letter creation (Currently Encorr and ST server processing). We currently find Communications limited on finalising a letter on the Design workspace because we have to select the letter from a dropdown when trying to complete the Automation element of Comms. If we could use variables it would allow us to make generic automations to manage all 40 Business areas and volumes of letters without the need for large evaluations considerations.
