Communications - Add a Print Duplicate File Button to Chorus Communications

Currently the print a duplicate file copy button is not available in the Communications Admin tool

 A button does not come up for the end user/letter writer to select to produce a ‘File Copy’.  The end user/letter writer has to highlight and copy the verbiage of the original letter and then paste it below the original letter and insert the proper page breaks and ‘File Copy’ on the letter

This is time consuming and prone for errors.

Please elaborate.  How is this different than using the Document Delivery Screen to retrieve the original letter and print it again?  Once the file copy is printed, what happens to it?

Long story short, Communications authors/users do not have access to Document Delivery and additionally there are instances that a letter could be set for deferred print at the BPO which complicates the issue even more.  The watermarked ‘file copy’ printing as part of the letter is the most efficient flow to facilitate packaging and avoid privacy breaches.
