It is possible to start schedule, delete schedule, report on schedule... but there does not seem to be a command to create or retire schedules, which would complete the functionality for CLI commands for AutomateC.exe

I voted for this. Just wanted to mention a workaround (for Create Schedule at least) is to have a template release file in which you replace values as needed and then use CLI commands to import the release which effectively works as a Create Schedule CLI command. Not pretty, but it works. You can also insert the name of Processes and Runtime Resources so that the schedule will already have processes assigned to it.

Again, I definitely support Walter's idea here. And I think it isn't enough that the REST API supports this. Many BP customers do not use the Blue Prism API and the other components required to power it. I just bring up this as a workaround because I do not expect this functionality to be added soon due to the complexity of schedule creation.
