Feature Request: Separate Permission for Viewing Performance Tab Reports in Decipher

Currently, in Decipher, users who lack the ManageBatches, ManageDocumentConfiguration, or ManageTrainingData permissions are unable to access data in the Performance tab within the Reports section. This limitation prevents annotators and business teams from utilizing performance reports to assess accuracy and pinpoint areas for improvement at the field or document level.

However, assigning these permissions also gives users access to key features in the Admin Panel, such as restarting or deleting batches and managing training data. These privileges should be restricted to the Decipher Admin Team to ensure the integrity.

Feature Request:
I propose to implement a dedicated permission that enables users to view data in the Performance tab under the Reports section, without providing access to the Batches tab or other critical features in the Admin Panel. This approach will allow business users and annotators to check the reports under performance tab, while ensuring that production management capabilities remain restricted to Decipher Admin Team.
