Hot-swapable Blue Prism servers

A way to disable scheduler without killing all current sessions. E.g. Sending a command to BP server:
"Finish all running executions and do NOT fire new schedules in next 6 hours"

It would allow to perform server maintenance, without breaking Blue Prism platform (given company has 2+ application servers running).
