Initialise Page- Default Timeout variables

Everytime we create a new object we have to  create the timeout variables on initialise page in objects.
Instead can we not have them as a part of object template so that they are available to us on object creation

I understand this requirement, however, I believe that the easy solution is to copy them from existing VBO or prepare VBO which is empty having only this and reuse it when you create a new one. 

It is still not the best solution but I believe there are more important topics to push for delivery :).

Maybe a better way to achieve this would be to introduce a proper process/object/page template mechanism. By allowing users to alter and save process/object templates, it would be possible to set the basic variables/formatting/etc you want to use corporate-wide to enchance standardisation.
