Hi, 
currently there is the only option for warning when robot gets stuck at an action for longer time than is certain number of minutes - it is displayed in Control Room. It would be very useful to have more options here. I can think of:
  1. sending an email or sms
  2. Restarting the process
  3. Terminating the current process
It would be particularly useful when running overnight processes so that in the morning the robot is not blocked by hanging process.

Are these hanging/stuck session issues still happening at customers when they are using the Application Modeller timeout option? 
That timeout should mean that if Blue Prism does get stuck interfacing with an application it will throw an exception (which can then be handled) after the configured timeout period.   It needs setting for every object to work.
