Processor Workspace - Preference to automatically close all related attachment

In processor workspace, under Preferences > Attachments, which manages the opening of attachments, such as "When I open work items, automatically open all related attachments" .
Enhancement request to add ability to manage the closing of attachments, such as "When I close work items, automatically close all related attachments"

Please consider the ability to allow all the preferences to be configured globally.  Having all staff manually setting these values in an operations team would be a challenge as part of a delivery.
