Show app modeler changes while comparing version history

Comparing version history feature( System> History> Compare selected process/object) is helpful to see the changes side by side but it doesnt't show changes made in Application Modeller in an object .
If i change some elements in App Modeller in an object and save it , and then try to compare this with a version previous the Version no changes would be shown in both objects
