Apologies for the late reply, somehow this thread got missed by me.

We have the operating model roles and responsibility document which you can refer to know which team/individual is responsible for which phase in the RPA project delivery lifecycle: Operating Model - Roles and Responsibilities (RACI) v1.0_0
