Blue Prism Learning Edition license renewal

Due to unforeseen circumstances I was unable to finish my certification in the time given in the license for the Blue Prism Learning Edition. I have already reached out to Blue Prism support, who says that the information on the website is wrong and it is no longer possible to renew the license for the Blue Prism Learning Edition.

They were unable to help me further, so I'm hoping somebody here can.

How do I complete my certification when I don't have access to the Learning Edition? 

And is there any way I can get my progress so far, or do I have to start over?

HI Katharina,

Please follow the following steps listed below and this should assist you with your issue.

1. Visit Education for Blue Prism Learning Edition
2. Click Get Learning Edition. If prompted, login with the same credentials used for the previous license
3. You see will an option to Download the learning edition. Click Download but do NOT install it (as it’s already installed in this case)
4. You will then receive an email when Blue Prism has allocated your license (within the next 24 hours). Do check your spam folder, just in case
5. Once you receive the license file through email, save it to a folder.
6. Open Blue Prism Learning Edition and link it to the new license file when prompted for activation.
