Certifications not reflecting in Certiverse

Hi Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I would like to seek your guidance on retrieving my previously cleared Blue Prism certifications. I have successfully completed the AD01 and ASD01 exams when the certification platform was managed through Pearson VUE.

As the certification portal has now transitioned from Pearson VUE to Certiverse, I am currently unable to view or confirm the status of my earlier certifications.

Could you please advise on the process to retrieve or validate the cleared status of my previous exams? Any guidance or relevant contact details would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @RoopkiranBevara 

To access your exam history, you need to create a new account with Certiverse by using the same email address and same first and last name when you took exams with Person VUE. Once logged in, you will be able to see your exam history on Certiverse’s dashboard. Go to Certiverse Blue Prism page and click Log in to create an account.
