Help

I can login to portal.blueprism. But i cant sign in after trial 6.7 installation.I think something is missing?Help me please.

Hi Goldwyn,

Assuming you are using the Trial or Learning Edition of Blue Prism; during the guided installation process you would have been prompted to set the password for the Blue Prism admin account.

You need to use this password with the username admin to log into Blue Prism initially.

Once you've done this, you can setup different users in the System area of Blue Prism or continue to use the admin account in your local environment.

If you are using a different version of Blue Prism, then the default username and password is initially set to admin.

I solved it by the way. It's a small spelling mistake where i forget to place capital letter on password.Thanks for reply.
