How Blue Prism connects with Redshift DB ? existing VBO if any please suggest with required configuration setup requirement

Just google searched Redshift+odbc and it looks as though Redshift profices ODBC drivers for their database product. That should help you to do everything you need, there is a VBO on the Digital Exchange called ODBC Utility Blue Prism.
Install the ODBC Drivers for your Database
Install the VBO
Use the connect and query actions that are in the VBO (it is probably over 5 years since I used it so can't remember much about it)
If you need any help using the ODBC actions there should be lots of help in the internet about using ODBC
