Hi Team,
I got a problem when I tried to create an account of Person VUE for AD01. The reject reason was "Are your details correct? We couldn't find a match in our system. Make changes and try again.".
But I have checked the portal ID - PulseCai, first name, and last name on Blue Prism Account. Also, I tried to contact the Person VUE hotline. They said can`t locate my portal ID
