Yes Sanna, so let's say your exam is at 6 PM then I would advise you to be ready half an hour ago.
If you are giving the exam from home, then check all the necessary internet connections and other hardware specs like camera. You will also be required to navigate to a link on your phone, take the pictures of your room from left, right, front and back wrt to your desk along with front and back pictures of your ID card. Soon after that they will put up in a queue shortly as they might be proctoring other candidates as well. Once your turn comes up, they will check you uploaded pictures and then they will talk to you and ask you to show them the room and ID card on the call as well once.
When your verification is completed, they will initiate the exam for you and you will have one hour or whatever stipulated time is mentioned in you exam book from this time. So don't worry even if the verification takes some time as you won't lose any time up for the exam. During the entire time of your exam, the camera will be on and so will be the microphone so ensure that you don't do any unnecessary movements that they can doubt on.
Moreover, make sure you don't have any additional screens or monitors in your room along with other electronic devices at the reach of your desk. If you have monitors and additional screens, just make sure to unplug it and show it to them on the call since they will consider that.
Also, make sure no one should be entering the room while you are giving the exam as they are quite strict on that policy as per some of the feedbacks that I have received from the people that I've mentored before.
