Issue launching training course.

Hello, I am trying to do training on Blue prism University to get professional developer certification, but after clicking on any course, and then clicking customer sign in I get a generic error that something went wrong error (screenshot below).

I have tried clearing my cache+cookies, and a different browser but it still gets me the same result. Don't know if this will help, but checking the console in developer mode just to see what the error is there has it report as "Intercom not booted or setup incomplete."

Any help would be appreciated.
