I get a pop up indicating I'm using the wrong credentials. Those credentials worked earlier today. I tried to Repair using the installer. I also tried to unistall and reinstall application but still the same error. There isn't a "Forgot Password" option.

after installation , if you changed the password then that will store in database , even after restart it will not get reset.
try changing the password as @bweschke mentioned and also check if SQL Server is running , once you open the blueprism , click on configuration and test the connection
