Could you please in urgent as my friend is unable to do login in Blueprism University learning portal. She need access to go through videos and other new learning stuff.

I have had a look at the account associated with the email address you provided and the account was deactivated for inactivity. I have updated the status so they should be able to access their account now. Please have them try again and let me know if there are any further issues.
