Hello everyone,
Our documentation website is currently undergoing an upgrade. All content is still available, however most hyperlinks have changed. This means that:
We are in the process of implementing redirects to fix these issues. Until then, we recommend that you head to the documentation homepage at https://documentation.blueprism.com/ to search for the content you need.
If you cannot find something you're looking for, please let us know here and we'll point you in the right direction.
Apologies for the inconvenience, and than you for your patience.

Hi everyone, redirects are now in place and you should be able to use your bookmarks again!
If you find any broken links, you can report them here and we'll get them fixed.
Thanks again for your patience, friends.

Hello @bweschke - Lately from last week - i am noticing that doc URL has changed again from docs.blueprism.com to documentation.blueprism.com.
Do you have more details to share with us. Also, as of now, both links are working.

Hi @Neel1,
There was an update to the documentation portal, here is the new link -https://documentation.blueprism.com
They were working on redirecting some of the links but that should be completed now.
What if I have issues accessing the documentation or have feedback about the site or the content?
We’d love to hear from you. Please email us at: bpm-technicalauthors@sscinc.com

Thanks @bweschke . All the previous docs.blueprism saved link are giving me DNS error now.
Do you know when the redirection will happen.

Hello @Neel1
Thanks for your question. The redirects are being implemented at 4pm GMT. In the meantime, if you follow a link that is broken, you can easily find the page on the new portal. This Knowledge Base article explains how: Re: 🧠Lost in the docs? Not anymore. - SS&C Blue Prism Community

That's not the right link! This is: Where can I find SS&C Blue Prism documentation?

Just some feedback, I had some documenation that support sent out a while ago I needed to reference today for an internal discussion. I do think Blue Prism should have informed its users that its documentation site was changing because if it wasn't for this post, I would have been going in circles or had to log a support ticket to find it.

@jordan.harvey.norfolkcc thanks for this feedback, we really appreciate it! Other than here in community, are there any other areas such as LinkedIn that you frequent that we could post to so there is more visibility to documentation and university content and updates?
Thanks!

Thank you for your feedback and apologies for any inconvenience this caused you. We did plan to have the redirects in place which would have been the ideal solution, but this wasn't possible before the old portal was taken down this morning.
Last week, we did put a banner on the Blue Prism Portal and a notice and article on the Knowledge Base to point people to the new documentation site.
Again, apologies for any inconvenience.
Thanks,
Tim

@bweschke to be honest I vary rarely touch LinkedIn etc. I have now seen that there is a notification in the KB of the support portal (although rather hidden), so I think it would be also appropriate to send the notification content to customers advising of the change.
Hopefully this is just one off 🙂
