Can you cross-check whether the browser extension is the correct version?
also ensure in the edge settings start up option is disabled
There are other reasons for the failure. Please check below KB article below. You need to select Customer Sign in and use the same credentials as Blue Prism Portal.

As per compatibilty i downgraded my chrome to 130.xx but same issues occuring
