Chorus BPM is an intelligent automation platform designed to increase straight-through processing, reduce operational risk, and enhance digital customer journeys. Purpose-built for complex and regulated environments, SS&C Chorus brings machine learning, low-code process automation, system integration, case management, and document capture to transform, manage, and automate critical business processes.
Chorus Document Automation uses machine learning to identify, digitize, extract and validate data from documents at over 98% accuracy, including handwriting and low-quality machine print. As PDFs, scans, faxes and images are ingested they are automatically pre-processed to re-orient and straighten pages. Documents are automatically classified against a stored library of document types. Fields are automatically extracted from the documents, including short and long text fields, signatures, checkmarks and multiple choice answers. Each extracted field is assigned a level of confidence and any fields that have a confidence lower than your configured threshold can be routed to a person for review, or you can outsource that review step to SS&C.
