  • 1.  Delete File not deleting?

    Hi, I am trying to delete two files in a C: drive in the local development area and it's not working.  

    I have use the guide and have set the input as instructed... (Utility - File Management VBO guide)

    But the process is seeing the file in the check exists stage, going through the delete action but not actually deleting it.

    What am I doing wrong here?

    Hello,

    Could you do some validations?

    1. Check if you can delete manually. What is the result?
    2.  Access the file properties, security tab and check permissions. Could you tell me what the properties are?

    3. Check that the syntax does not have any extra spaces.

    Hi Leonardo

    1. I can manually delete the file without issue

    2. These are the file properties, I assume the virtual worker comes under the 'Users' group and this may well be the issue? The other groups have more permissions allowed. 

    3. I have checked the syntax in the data item and there are no extra spaces where they shouldn't be
