How to delete Training Data for a specific Batch Type/Doc Type/DFD?

For e.g. we have 10 sets of Batch Types and DFD set up and we are facing weird issues with one of them so we want to clear all past training data for that one Batch Type only so that we can do a fresh training.

I do see clear all training option but it will erase all the training across the board so bit confused here.

There's a BP process you can get from the Decipher downloads page that will provide some of this functionality using the online help guide.

We're hoping to have this functionality natively available in one of the next versions (not 2.2 though).

We are trying to make Decipher work with invoices.

After checking this process for deleting training data, as I understood it is for deleting data for specific Document Type. 

We are having now one Doc Type - that is referring to one DFD and that DFD have several versions.

Each version is created for specific Vendor.

Is there any way to delete data for one specific version inside that DFD? Or it is impossible at the moment?

Hi Dmitrij,

Technically there's no link between the training data entries and the DFD, Document Type or Batch Type. This is a feature to allow the training to be shared across projects where similar documents may be used.

I found a way to informally link the training data and the Document Type through a SQL query, however this cannot be done for the DFD. It would also experience problems if you were to change the Document Type name or the linked DFD.

I would suggest more pre-work on analysing the variety of invoice formats prior to creating your DFD. E.g. knowing all the different "Sample Headers" for each field.

We are working on a feature to improve how you can manage your training data and the earliest it will be available is v2.3, though I can't guarantee it at this stage.
