One of the first things you and your team are likely to need is training on how to make the most of SS&C Blue Prism. The SS&C Blue Prism University is your free, on-demand technical and strategy learning area which will help you master our products, and the field of intelligent automation, at your own pace.

Alternatively, we've consulted our team and community to recommend a few courses that everyone should start with:

Immerse yourself in the world of automation. Covers our the basics on our automation tools, and introduction to the Robotic Operating Model 2 (ROM2) and how to get started with your very first automation.

Take a tour of the SS&C Blue Prism interface, understand its components and gain a high-level understanding of how automated processes are designed & built.

Build a good understanding of the industry best practice approach to automation deployment, and learn how to design your automation efforts for scalability right from the start
We strongly recommend building a foundational understanding through the 3 courses above before moving on to more technical and advanced training. And when you're ready, you can certify your knowledge through a collection of examinations available through the University.
If you would like to practice as you learn, we recommend downloading the Learning Edition of SS&C Blue Prism, which can be installed locally as a separate environment to practice in.
