SS&C | Blue Prism® Browser Automation Agent v2 is now available!

We are pleased to announce the availability of the second release of the SS&C | Blue Prism® Browser Automation Agent for Manifest V3 (MV3) extensions.

In addition to offering MV3 compatibility with previous releases of Blue Prism, the Browser Automation Agent (BAA) also provides the ability to continue inserting and invoking JavaScript on web pages after the adoption of MV3 browser extensions.

This release extends the compatibility of the Browser Automation Agent solution to Blue Prism versions 6.4.2 to 7.1.2 and addresses several points of feedback provided by customers using BAA v1.

Accessing the Browser Automation Agent and associated documentation

• You can download the Blue Prism Browser Automation Agent installer from the customer portal.
• You can access the installation guide and release notes for the Blue Prism Browser Automation Agent v2 in the online documentation. 

Installing the Blue Prism Browser Automation Agent

• There is no additional license required to deploy the Browser Automation Agent.
• The Browser Automation Agent is not valid for use with the Blue Prism Firefox browser extension as Mozilla is continuing to support Manifest V2 browser extensions.
