2026 is a very important year for the Customer Excellence Awards, it’s our 10th anniversary of being privileged to reward our customers. 

We celebrate the achievements of customers, highlighting all the creative ways they have used automation to solve complex problems and deliver added value within their companies. 

Our awards program is the ideal platform to showcase how you're using automation to drive real change across your organization. From AI-powered automation and process orchestration to RPA at scale, we celebrate teams that are rethinking how work gets done and turning innovation into measurable impact. When you challenge conventions and push what's possible, automation truly knows no limits.

Automation Vanguard is to celebrate our longstanding customers and celebrate 10 years of the Customer Excellence Awards.This award celebrates organizations has been with us for five years or more and shows leadership by shaping the evolution of intelligent automation. Customers that are going to submit a Transformational Excellence entry and customers for over five years will be eligible for this special prize; they just need to tick yes before submitting the entry.

Ai & Agentic award showcases customer trailblazers embracing generative AI, AI and agentic technologies. We're looking for creativity in your approach! Are you creating novel solutions and innovative use cases with integrations and extended technologies?

Transformation for Good honors customers who use intelligent automation to make impactful changes in support of communities, patients citizens and society. Entrants should demonstrate how they use SS&C Blue Prism to contribute to positive improvements, including the methods and results
