SS&C | Blue Prism® Process Intelligence 2.1 is now available!

We are excited to announce the general availability of SS&C | Blue Prism® Process Intelligence 2.1. Process Intelligence combines process mining, task mining, and ongoing monitoring and analytics to provide real-time insights into which processes to automate and transform for the highest return on investment. In so doing, this single-view platform helps accelerate process discovery, automation and business process management life cycles, and enables continuous process optimization. With Process Intelligence, customers can reduce process discovery time by up to 80% and accelerate automation from months to days.

Release highlights

SS&C | Blue Prism® Process Intelligence 2.1 includes the following highlights:

Enhanced user experience – Dashboard now has a significantly improved user interface and enhanced functionality:

• New layouts and tools for dashboard customization have been introduced. Users can move and resize tiles, and adjust zoom settings for all tiles on the dashboard. 
• Users can now add diagrams to show visual representations of different Process Intelligence modules on a dashboard, alongside metrics and charts.
• New static content tiles, with fully customizable text, enable users to add important notes directly to the dashboard.
• Users now have the ability to add easily configurable histograms representing a large number of metrics supported by Process Intelligence, without manually creating charts based on them.

New formatting options – Available for the chart configuration window as separate dialogs, offering detailed font and number format customization.

Attribute duration metric – A new metric type that allows measuring time gaps between attributes of an event, such as when the working activity started, how long it continued, and when it stopped within a certain event. This helps to identify performance issues and their causes hidden inside events, for example, if the wait time for the work to start after the event occurrence is unexpectedly long.

Task Mining – A new Definition editor combines Task and Form editors in the same window making it easier to switch between them and allows users to check forms and define tasks simultaneously.
