This space in our community is for 2 things:

You can use it to tell the world about the incredible things you've done with automations
You can get inspiration from other automation professionals working in your sector, industry or business function by searching for, reading through and discussing their automation use cases.

How to search for Community Blueprints

The best way to search for Community Blueprints is to click here and use the Blueprints Search tool on the right of the screen. You can search by keyword, industry, business function or product to see all the Blueprints for that topic.

Once you've found a Blueprint that inspires you, it's very important that you click the Recommend button on the author's post! This helps us keep track of which use cases are popular, and helps us to reward authors with goodies for their kindness and generosity.

You can also ask the author questions by replying to their post.

It's important to remember that Community Blueprints are created by the Blue Prism Community.
Whilst we do our best to make sure each Blueprint contains good quality advice and inspiration, they are ultimately the advice and thoughts of members of our community, and not SS&C Blue Prism itself.

How to create a Blueprint

Firstly, if you're considering telling our community about your work, THANK YOU! Community Blueprints can really help automation professionals to expand the value they provide to their organization, by inspiring them to try new projects. You're helping the intelligent automation community to do faster, stronger work - and that's a lovely thing to do.

We want to make sure that all Community Blueprints are good quality, and contain practical guidance on how to carry out a specific kind of automation project. With that in mind, there are 3 things you need to know about submitting a Blueprint:

Blueprints are designed to be practical, not theoretical, so we ask that you only submit Blueprints about work you or your team have already delivered. This is to ensure that all Blueprints are based in actual experience as opposed to ideation.
To make sure authors are able to answer questions from the community about their Blueprints, the work you describe in a Community Blueprint must be something that you, your team or your organization have worked on.
You can choose to submit a Blueprint using your community account or, if you prefer, it can be submitted anonymously. If you choose to submit anonymously, please be aware that we're unable to issue any rewards based on the success of your Blueprint!
As per our Community Guidelines, you must not use Blueprints to sell your products or services.

After making your submission, the Community Team will review and publish your Blueprint within 5 working days (usually MUCH faster than that!). We may make small spelling / grammar changes to your submission to make it accessible and easy to read for all members of the community.
