SS&C Blue Prism MVPs are recruited once a year
Each year in Q1, we open applications for the next cohort of MVPs. To be considered, you will need to:
- Submit an application OR
- Be nominated by another community member AND
- Pass an interview with the SS&C Blue Prism Community Team
There are 3 stages to the recruitment process:
- Application & nomination stage:
Candidates submit their application for the program. During this stage, candidates are asked to demonstrate how they meet the requirements for becoming an MVP.
- Shortlisting stage
The SS&C Blue Prism Community Team assess all applications and nominations, and shortlist eligible candidates
- Interview stage
Shortlisted candidates are invited for a 25-minute interview with the Community Team to validate their suitability for the program
After the interview stage, successful candidates are invited to join the MVP program. They'll need to agree to the program terms & conditions. Once complete, the successful MVPs are announced to the wider community, and stay in their position as an MVP for a year.
Existing MVPs are required to re-apply for their position every year.
