Change the name you use in the SS&C Blue Prism Community

If you're a long-standing member of our community, you may find that your username has changed. If you want to change it to something else:

  1. Visit and log in
  2. Click "My Account" in the top right of the screen
  3. Navigate to the "Edit" tab
  4. Enter a new username in the Username field



Once complete, your username will be changed. It may take a short time before these changes are reflected in the Community.
