Change the name you use in the SS&C Blue Prism Community
If you're a long-standing member of our community, you may find that your username has changed. If you want to change it to something else:
- Visit portal.blueprism.com and log in
- Click "My Account" in the top right of the screen
- Navigate to the "Edit" tab
- Enter a new username in the Username field
Once complete, your username will be changed. It may take a short time before these changes are reflected in the Community.
