Participation in the Community and your use of its forums are subject to SS&C Blue Prism’s Online Services Terms.
When participating in our online discussions, events, and local user groups, please respect the following guidelines and etiquette advice:
We are committed to protecting our community members from illegal content. We assess the risks of the presence of priority illegal content and implement proportionate measures to mitigate the risks, including:
Please note. We reserve the right to delete any content on the forum that has broken our Community Guidelines, SS&C Blue Prism Online Services Terms, or is otherwise illegal, harmful, or inaccurate. We also reserve the right to limit access (temporarily or permanently) to the Community website or Community events for anyone who does not adhere to these rules.
By joining and using this Community, you agree that you have read and will follow these Community Guidelines.

Questions about these terms, complaints of illegal content by individuals who are not users, complaints about our handling of illegal content and appeals against the removal of content should be directed in the first instance to our Community team via blueprismcommunity@blueprism.com.
We will promptly investigate complaints or appeals relating to illegal content and respond as appropriate.
Hi Community, please be aware that we updated our Community Guidelines today (26th November 2026) to include language around how we moderate the community and protect members from harmful content. If you have any questions, please feel free to send me a private message or comment here.
We have also set up an appeals process which allows community members to appeal moderation decisions we have taken against their submissions to the community. Details can be found above.
For more information on how you can help make our community a great place to be, check out our Community Guide here.
