Community Guidelines

The SS&C Blue Prism Community is a part of our website and customer offering where you can connect with other SS&C Blue Prism customers, share knowledge and expertise, and discover strategies and best practices to enable you to get the most out of your SS&C Blue Prism software and services.

Participation in the Community and your use of its forums are subject to SS&C Blue Prism’s Online Services Terms.

When participating in our online discussions, events, and local user groups,  please respect the following guidelines and etiquette advice:

Guidelines & Etiquette

  • Be precise.
Make the title of any posts as relevant to the content as possible, and make sure you’re posting it in the correct Community group. This will help other members find the topic and answer any questions.
  • Respect others.
Focus on the content of conversations and not on the people making them. Please extend the benefit of the doubt to newer guests and members.
Any offensive, threatening, or defamatory language, or behavior that is detrimental to the experience of other members will not be tolerated.
  • Stay on topic.
Please try not to deviate from the initial question – you are welcome to start a new discussion instead. We may move, delete, or limit posts or comments that do not further the conversation.
  • No spamming.
We don’t allow commercial spam, and may remove links to commercial services, products or goods as we deem appropriate. Neither may you use the User Group program to promote commercial services, products or goods.
  • Take care.
Use your judgement when following advice from other Community members.
  • Be aware.
Take caution when sharing or discussing products and services. Information posted on discussion groups, blogs, libraries or ideas will be visible to other members of the Community, so take care not to post personal or confidential information.
  • Be vigilant.
We ask you to play your part in keeping our community helpful and safe by alerting our moderation team using the Report inappropriate content option on any post you think breaks these rules.

We are committed to protecting our community members from illegal content. We assess the risks of the presence of priority illegal content and implement proportionate measures to mitigate the risks, including:

  • Use of pro-active content moderation technologies to continuously monitor for and automatically identify terrorism, child sexual exploitation and abuse content and other priority illegal content on our platform, including in direct messages (“illegal content”).
  • Taking automatic action in relation to suspected illegal content, such as alerting our moderators to review and remove inappropriate content, redacting the content or preventing posting of the content depending on the risk level of the content.
  • Allowing users to report illegal content to our moderators who are immediately alerted 24/7.
  • Ensuring our moderators are trained to identify and remove illegal content swiftly.
  • Taking follow up action as appropriate to prevent repeat occurrences.

Please note. We reserve the right to delete any content on the forum that has broken our Community Guidelines, SS&C Blue Prism Online Services Terms, or is otherwise illegal, harmful, or inaccurate. We also reserve the right to limit access (temporarily or permanently) to the Community website or Community events for anyone who does not adhere to these rules.

By joining and using this Community, you agree that you have read and will follow these Community Guidelines.

Please review these Community Guidelines periodically, as they may be updated from time to time.

Questions about these terms, complaints of illegal content by individuals who are not users, complaints about our handling of illegal content and appeals against the removal of content should be directed in the first instance to our Community team via blueprismcommunity@blueprism.com.

We will promptly investigate complaints or appeals relating to illegal content and respond as appropriate.

Hi Community, please be aware that we updated our Community Guidelines today (26th November 2026) to include language around how we moderate the community and protect members from harmful content. If you have any questions, please feel free to send me a private message or comment here.

We have also set up an appeals process which allows community members to appeal moderation decisions we have taken against their submissions to the community. Details can be found above.

For more information on how you can help make our community a great place to be, check out our Community Guide here.
