Following a community thread

When I provide an answer to a community thread, it automatically changes from 'to be followed' to 'following'. You can see this by the star now being displayed in the community page.

Sometimes I may also mark a thread as 'Following' because I have a similar issue and want to see where the thread leads.

I can however not select the threads I follow as this option is not provided on the community page:

...instead, I'd have to browse the community pages to find it. 

Could you add option 'Following' to only show threads that are being followed by me?
