I like the new look and feel of the pages when submitting a case / ticket to the customer support.
However the text box where I can describe my case is just about 5 lines high. It becomes quite difficult to keep the overview when adding pictures, sections ... and then remembered something that should be added at the beginning.
A little bit better is the text box for submitting Ideas in the community portal. Here is the possibility to increase the size of the editor but only vertical but not horizontal.
In both cases it would be great to have the option to resize the text box horizontally and vertically
I could not fined a category in the drop down box that would fit Portal so I chose Community even it also addresses the customer / service portal
