BP Process & sending Office 365 emails at right time

​Hi,
I have installed:
- BP 6.3.28430
- MS.NetFramework 4.7
- Outlook Office 365 connected to cloud.
- MS Outlook Email VBO in process.
I have a process who send bunch of emails for dunning to external and internal contacts. the issue is part of them, randomly are sent at the right time when process require.
All the rest of the emails are sent just when I go to the runtime virtual PC and I open effectively MS Outlook and start to sync.
Is this a issue related to VBO or MS Outlook configuration?

Have the same issue, I typically only send one email at a time, but encounter the issue where its "sent" but gets stuck in the outbox, then when you open outlook again it syncs and sends. ​Keeping outlook.exe open would be one workaround. Like Launch outlook at the beginning or end of the process. Another maybe to add a sleep or wait state of like 10 seconds at the end of the Outlook Send Mail VBO code (something to keep the outlook process open longer so syncing completes). But I have not figured out the syntax to add this successfully.
