Cannot download basic training .zip

Hi all,

I'm new to blueprism and managed to install the learning edition of blueprism. However, I can't seem to download the Blue Prism Basic Training asset as it is asking me to associate with a company. But I whenever I try to do that it says that I'm already associated to the company 'generic users'.

How would I go around to downloading this?

Hi Navin,

If you are having issues with your DX portal profile and it isn't recognizing your login, please email DXSupport@blueprism.com. They can look to ensure the roles are correctly assigned (your error indicates that may not be the case) and work to resolve your issue.
