Im trying to star the blue prism server inside services in Windows but when I start the service, the following message is shown.
Does anyone knows how to solve this problem?

Hi Miguel,
Have you tried starting the the server from the BPServer.exe utility to ensure the server configuration is correct?
If the server starts successfully from here and you can connect to it then at least you know the general server configuration works. If it fails to start then the log messages in the utility window should give you some insight as to what is causing it to fail.
Otherwise, have you configured the service account credentials in the Windows service correctly? Have you tested that those credentials have the correct permissions for the Blue Prism connection specified in the server configuration?
Also, take a look in the Windows Event Viewer for any clues as to what the problem is.
Hope that helps.

Hi Miguel,
Unfortunately I don't speak/read Spanish, but I believe the message you're receiving is a standard message about not being able to start the service. This is typically tied to a misconfiguration in the setup. Is this a single box install or an actual distributed production deployment? Did you follow the steps described in the chapter "Typical deployment" from the "Installing Enterprise Edition" guide on the Blue Prism portal?
Cheers,
