Insert Image\Picture in Outlook

Can anyone please help me to insert an Image in outlook and not as attachment using Outlook VBO.

You can do it in 2 ways using html mode for email body

1. Pass the image ad reference to web resource.

2. Convert image to base 64 format and pass it through html email.
