Issue when testing Power Platform Custom Connector

KenMcManus

Hi I have followed the guide for setting up the Power Platform custom connector with Blue Prism. I exposed a process in Blue Prism, created the Azure function with Visual Studio, then created the custom connector in Power Automate. I followed the guide as it said, entering the Azure function URL for the host, entering the key for the code, and the domain name of the resource with the port. When clicking Test Operation, I am getting the below error. Does anybody know how to solve this? Thanks.

Hi @KenMcManus,

Is the value of resourceName accessible from the public internet, or is it a private resource on your company network?

Since you’re testing from Power Platform on Azure, the resource it’s trying to call must be visible to it (i.e. public).

Cheers,
Eric
