You might've not restarted the machine after installing SQL Server.

Hi Shruti,
Warm greetings,
The potential solutions for this behavior are:
- Check in Blueprism compatibility if settings are not matching your current OS.Means that compatibility box shouldn't be checked for OS other than what you are using.
-If you have attempted any other blueprism installation before or installed any license which got expired this would happen,so best way is to delete any blueprism file if it exists in "Registry Editor",most probably it would be residing in SOFTWARE tab,Other extreme would be to format your disc where you want to install BP.
-Your OS? BP supports only Win10
-Check if SQL which BP is trying to install already exists on your system and conflicting with each other.
-Lastly check if your are putting the license code which is generated on portal online.

Let us know how you go

Regards
