Region Mode does not capture the entire area

I am trying to capture the entire brwoser screen using region mode but it only captures part of area and does not capture whole screen. can someone assist if any compatibility changes are required

The region mode should capture the entire browser screen like below screenshot.

I haven't seen that a part of area was captured. If you share the screen image, it would help me understand the problem.

If you maximize browser, it can't allow you to capture the entire IE/chrome screen, your example is an exception. Thanks.
