Hello ,
1- I would like to know why my blue prism doesn't allow me to create or load process and objects its even unavailable to click them as you see in the image, i know that i have my license before the version i'm using now from blue prism, is this a problem that could affect my blueprism program by not function normally? How to solve this problem?
2- i'm facing problem with getting new license when creating new account , it doesn't send me an email with the license, i sent a ticket and they told me that i have to wait 24 hours , after 48 hours nothing happened is this normal ?
