Hello,
Could anyone give me some hints on a blocking issue at the consolidation exercise - updating the Create Orders Process?
At the end of the order, I can only read and retrieve Centrix order reference number on debug mode, otherwise BP says it can't read the window. What could be causing this and how to solve?
Thank you in advance!
Kind regards,
Ricardo

It would probably be that Blue Prism runs in the control room so fast that it's not able to find the spied element. Do you have a conditional wait stage to make sure the existence of the element before reading and retrieving an order reference number?

Thank you for your reply Kana,
Indeed that might be it as everything seems to be working fine otherwise.
Yes I've added a wait stage but that did not seem to help preventing this behaviour.
I also noticed that if I run my main process, pause it and do a couple of step-overs and then resume it, this does not happen.
