Hi everyone,
I am new to Blue Prism and have been asked to look at implementing a Blue Prism capability with my Organisation. We have resources that would need to be accessed in multiple locations. Some of these locations are accessed using a remote citrix connection, I believe I read someone that using Blue Prism over a remote connection is not best practice and it is best to locate the robots next to the resources they need, I just can't seem to find this again.
Can any of you please provide some advice and guidance on this. Is it acceptable to programme a local robot to connect to another location over a Remote Connection? or should I put a robot into the other location and connect this to the Application Server opening up the Firewalls between locations to enable the comms?
