You are not attached at your application

Try to attach at the beginning of your Visual business object

As @Mohamad_747   mentioned please attach the application first.

I recommend having attach page initially in all subpages of your Business Object to check if the application has attached or not.

Please add proper exception handling as well to identify the errors.
