Hi Sunitha,

There is a use guide included along with the the Outlook VBO asset on DX https://digitalexchange.blueprism.com/dx/entry/3439/solution/ms-outlook-vbo that can get you started

There are actions available in the VBO to read emails from Outlook. You will need the Outlook configured on the VM in which you run BluePrism.
